Or how come I always find anime that is so obscure not a lot of people know about?

What is Yamato nadeshiko shichi Henge? it's been translated into "The Wallflower" or "Perfect girl evolution."

The story begins with this girl telling a guy she likes him. And he just replies. "I HATE UGLY GIRLS" Sunako's life turn off the deep end and those 4 words now haunt her life. Two year passes and she is convinced she is ugly and lives in darkness surrounded by horror flicks, skeletons and an anatomic manequin. Her aunt who is her guardian decided to let 4 bishonen live in her house with free rent if they can make Sunako into a lady.

The story itself would appear to be really dull and uninteresting but the twist comes from the fact this manga and anime takes all the shojo stereotypes (sparkling bishonen flowers and the like) and makes fun of it and takes it to another level. Sunako who is used to the darkness called the sparkling bishonen "The shining beings" and litterally get blinded by all the sparkles. She also gets into so much nose bleeding it's funny.

What makes the story so good is that it takes a character that closely ressembles "Sadako"(it was intentionnalIMHO) from The Ring and puts her with 4 bishonens. And then the comedy starts there. The guys don;t want to be there of course BUT THEY CAN'T PASS UP THE FREE RENT!

As you can see Sadako isn't the most charming girl...

new Anime series Mononoke

It's not new really but I got hooked by a friend.
It's an anime about a medecine man who gets rid of mononoke (spirit monsters) The series looks very historical I'd said around 18th to 19th century Japan. It's horror/mysticism series with a fresh look and if you're interested in Japanese folk legend, you will love this series.

mmm now I want that guy as a doll ^^;;; it would make a very interesting character :)

Just applied for an animator job at Ubisoft in Toronto. the job was posted yesterday. I have made my post and I do so hope they will call me back, although I don;t expect any calls from them before January.

If like me you are using AVAST! anti-virus... there's false positive on the following non-Trojan promps

my computer was going crazy and I did a scan reboot. I had to move a LOT of files in the quaranteen... like SPYBot... I should have stopped the damn scan but well all I was getting was more and more warnings.

I don;t know if I can get back my files from the Quarantine I deleted Skype (it was an old version anyways) ansd I can no longer access Spybot. I might have to reupload and reinstall.

Thank god I told them to ignore the last one because it was in my SYSTEM and the computer kept asking me ARE YOU SURE???? so I ignored the last one. I should have just stopped the damn thing.

I hope AVAST will correct that blunder soon. Crap I was scared but after going to a few forums, those files are not trojans like Avast claims. GAH!

yeah back in Drummondville... ::heaves big sigh:: wihout Salem... He was sick this morning and looked miserable :/ I didn;t think travelling with him for 1 hour and a half would be a good idea. Neither did my mother.... She told me leave him here... he's not a bother and the water is in a fountain and you'll clean up the litterboxes on Friday... no biggie.
