I love Japanese food... yet there are delicacies I cannot brng myself to reexperince again.

1) Sea Urchin sushi: UGH UGH UGH... this is not a flavor that works for me at all. For me it tasted like raw beef liver, not that I ever tasted raw liver pour it's the best approximation I can make of the taste. UGH!

2) Natto: the fermented bean that ries to be a cheese... nope not working for me at all. I could never go past how gross it looks.

and finally the new ingredient I taste today...

Konnyaku Noodles. Unless I got a really bad batch of Konnyaku noodles, I found those horrific. Not because of the taste (they taste like nothing) but because of the texture. First they were hard to put into my mouth, they were slippery little devils. Once I got a mouthfull... I felt like I was in an episode of benchilada's so you don't have to

Like i said it wasn;t the taste as much as the texture... Have you ever had a mouthfull of rubberbands in your mouth? Cause that's basically what the texture is like...except the rubber bands can be cut with your teeth and start to turn to mush..UGH UGH UGH... tried i really wanted to LIKE this product (cause it's really low fat) but GUUUUUH... I ended up throwin it away because my stomach wanted to upchuck them. UGH.

Not really a pleasant adventure in my case.
